Price	US$3,000 per Japanese candidate × proposal. Two candidates: US$6,000. Three candidates: US$9,000.
Additional Fees	No additional service fee charged by Smooth Sailing Japan. Bank, card, foreign-exchange or payment-provider fees may apply depending on the payer's payment method or financial institution.
Payment Method	Credit / debit card or bank transfer.
Payment Timing	Payment is due at the time of purchase, before the service begins.
Service Delivery	Within 5 business days after the required intake information and materials have been received.
Returns & Cancellations	If Smooth Sailing Japan determines before substantive research begins that the engagement is outside the standard scope, the affected payment will be refunded. Cancellation before substantive research begins may be refundable. Once substantive research has begun for a candidate, payment for that candidate is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed.
